Olympiad Training Camp

A training camp (4 sessions of 2 hours duration) is organised for Mathematics Olympiad under National Board of Higher Mathematics. The sessions are conducted online. E-certificates will be issued to students who attend all the sessions.

Career Counselling For Commerce Students

Career counselling for was conducted by Ganesh Vaideeswaran, the Founder and Chief Transformation Officer of Finspire Academy. He encouraged the children to break down their goals using the SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Time-bound) goals approach. He gave information on International courses like UK ACCA, US CIMA, US CISA/CIA, US CPA. He left the children with a thought and goal – “STOP STUDYING START LEARNING”

TRAFFIC REGULATIONS AROUND P.S. SENIOR SECONDARY SCHOOL (FROM 01/11/2021)

1. Parking behind Physics Lab (Next to Ramana Kendra) – GATE 1
Permitted only for students of Classes VI, VII, VIII & IX who come by cycle.
2. Entry through Main Entrance (GATE 2)

2. Students who come by car should request their parents not to park the car. The parents should drop their student outside and move.

3. Parking behind KG Block (GATE 3)

1. Parents should enter through the first right side street in Alarmelmangapuram after the Gate – 2 to drop the student and exit by the 2nd left side street of Alarmelmangapuram only. No one should park their two wheelers and cars on the road.

2. Teachers coming by two wheelers should also enter through the first right side street after Gate 2 and park the vehicle in the allotted parking lot in Gate 3. They should not enter through the main gate (Gate 2).

3. Students of Classes X, XI & XII coming by cycle should also enter through the first right side street after Gate 2 and enter through Gate 3 and park their cycles behind the KG Block.

For Parents and Teachers entry is permitted only through V.C. Garden road and not through VenkatesaAgraharm. (Sai Baba Road Entrance)

Covisafe Program

Our school has geared up for reopening with all preparatory measures in place. As a part of the planning, a series of sensitization sessions in collaboration with Kauvery Hospital was conducted for the teachers and staff members of the school. During the first session of ‘COVISAFE Program’ organized on 23rd October, 2021, a team of doctors from Kauvery Hospital discussed various measures that need to be taken on the campus to ensure cleanliness, safety, hygiene and the physical and mental health of the students. They explained Hand washing techniques, choice of masks / proper mask wearing methods and social distancing protocols. Doctors have explained the standard operating procedures to be followed in case of a student showing any symptoms – earmarking a separate room for quarantine, contacting the medical team in Kauvery for further assistance. The doctors also emphasised the importance of vaccination, explaining the role of vaccines in curbing the spread of the infection.

Hansini M of Class 7D has won the title in Under 13 category in World Table Tennis Muscat Youth Contender Tournament and runner up in under 15 category. She received the trophy from Highness Sayyid Fatik bin Fahar al-Said, Prince of sultan of Oman
