Important Instructions

1. Criteria:

Age :

CLASS	AGE AS ON 01.06.2024	FROM & TO
PRE KG	2 ½ TO 3 ½ YEARS	01.12.2020 TO 30.11.2021
LKG(Vacancy based)	3 ½ TO 4 ½ YEARS	01.12.2019 TO 30.11.2020
UKG(Vacancy based)	4 ½ TO 5 ½ YEARS	01.12.2018 TO 30.11.2019

Distance: The Residence should be within 4km radius from the School

2. Documents:

1. Attach the following documents [government approved] with theapplication form:

• Copy of the Birth certificate
• Copy of address proof

2. The original must be produced for verification when required.

3. Kindly fill the application online, take a print out of the form and submit it with the copy of the required documents in the school’s office .

4. A candidate’s application will be disqualified in case of

• Incomplete forms
• Forms submitted after the due date
• Submission of more than one form for the same candidate
• False declaration of information

5. Issue of this application form does not guarantee admission.

6. The Management reserves the right to reject any application without assigning any reason.
