Graduation Ceremony - GLPSS program

The graduation ceremony of the GLPSS program on Management and Entrepreneurship for the class of 2024 took place on 24th July. The chief guest Dr. Sudhakar V Balachandran - the associate professor and director of MBA Graduate Studies, University of Illinois at Chicago USA, and the director of Great Lakes Institute of Management, India - gave us the honor of having his presence on this occasion.

Our principal Dr. Revathy Parameswaran gave the welcome address which followed with the introductory remarks given by Dr. Sudhakar V Balachandran. He addressed the students and gave a captivating speech about following our passion. Dr. Suresh Ramanadhan - Dean and Principal of the Great Lakes Institute of Management, Chennai - surprised us with his visit and addressed the audience about the course.

Out of 60 students who attended the program, 19 of them received special mention and Amazon vouchers for their outstanding performance in the course.

Three students - P Hayati, Gayathri M and Anirudh Kumaran - addressed the gathering to speak on behalf of all the students about their experience at the Great Lakes campus.

Relaunch of GLPSS Programme 2023

The inaugural function of the GLPSS Programme on Management & Entrepreneurship, hosted jointly by Great Lakes Institute and P. S. Senior Secondary School was conducted on the 6th of June 2023 to relaunch the programme for the academic year 2023-2024. Shri. S Gurumurthy (Chartered Accountant, Columnist and Editor of 'Thuglak' Magazine) was the chief guest. Professor Easwar Krishna Iyer, an esteemed Professor of Practice and Program Director of PGXPM at Great Lakes articulated the programme’s core objective of cultivating a comprehensive understanding of management principles.

Great Lakes Management Programme – Batch 11 23-09-19

The inauguration of batch 11 took place on 21/09/2019 in our school Campus. Devi Chandra Menon, Senior Vice President & Cluster Head, Consumer Business at DBS Bank was the chief guest. Dr.K.V.S.Gopalakrishnan, Secretary, P S Educational Society presided over the function.

GLPSS-The convocation programme of Ninth batch 15-04-19

The convocation programme of Ninth batch of GLPSS Program on Management & Entrepreneurship was held on Monday the 15th April 2019 at t P S Senior Secondary School.

Mr. R. Venkatanarayanan President (Human Resources, IT and Education) of Rane Group was the chief guest.

Great Lakes Management Programme 03-09-18

The inauguration of batch X took place on 29/08/2018. Mr. Naresh Nagarajan, Entrepreneur, was the Chief Guest.

Dr.K.V.S.Gopalakrishnan, Secretary, P S Educational Society presided over the function.

GLPSS Management & Entrepreneurship Certificate Programme 24-10-17

The inauguration for batch IX took place on 20/09/2017. Mr.M S Jegan Independent Consultant, Ex. CEO Ascendas India was the Chief Guest. Dr.K.V.S.Gopalakrishnan, Secretary, P S Educational Society presided over the function.

Started in 2009, GLPSS programme a first of its kind initiative brought Management Education to school students. Eight batches have successfully completed the course.
