Sri Pennathur Subramaniam Prabhakar has been a practising Chartered Accountant for 22 years after having held senior management positions in insurance sector both in India and abroad for about 18 years.
He is, currently, the President of The Society of Auditors, Chennai. He holds Independent Director position in a PSU enterprise.
