Important Instructions

• Criteria: Age :Pupils seeking admission to Pre K.G. should have completed 2½ years of age on or before 31.05.2022.( Date of Birth-From 01/12/2018 to 30/11/2019)
  Distance: The Residence should be within 4km radius from the School
• Documents:Attach the following documents [government approved] with the application form:
  • Copy of the Birth certificate
  • Copy of address proof
  • The original must be produced for verification when required.
• Kindly fill the application online, take a print out of the form and submit it with the copy of the required documents in the school’s office along with a Demand Draft of Rs 600(Registration fees) on or before 07/02/2022.
• DD should be in favour of ‘P.S.Senior Secondary School
• Incomplete forms/ forms submitted after the due date/submission of more than one form for the same candidate/false declaration of information will disqualify the candidate.
• Issue of this application form does not guarantee admission.
• The Management reserves the right to reject any application without assigning any reason.
